Living Communities Awarded Development Contract for Putnam Nursing Home
and Rehabilitation Center's Renovation and New Construction Project

In early May, Living Communities began its work with Putnam Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center. It is planned to renovate existing areas
of the facility to update their living space configuration and provide more modern accommodations for their residents. It is also planned to
build a new rehabilitation unit to address the high demand for these type of beds offering short-term services to their constituents.
