Woodland Village is a 122 unit Independent Living Community situated on
approximately 21 acres of land on the Unity Health Campus located in Rochester,
New York and developed by Living Communities. The project consists of one
bedroom, one bedroom with den and two bedroom units located in a single 168,000
square foot building. This community opened in 2000 and was fully occupied
within one year. Most apartments offer a view of the lovely wooded grounds and
ponds. Each apartment home is equipped with a full kitchen, utility room with
washer and dryer, central air, and an attached private porch.
